Getting set up
What Tofu connects to, and the access your team will need to grant.
Which CRMs do you support?
HubSpot and Salesforce, the two CRMs our customers actually run. Intent data from tools like 6sense arrives through your existing Salesforce connection, not as a separate integration.
Do I have to connect a CRM?
No, but it is where most of the value is. Without one, Tofu still builds audiences, generates creative and runs campaigns.
With it, the agent reads your closed-won and closed-lost deals, pipeline, sales velocity and deal size to plan the funnel, builds audiences straight from your lists and reports, and shows each account's journey from first impression to closed-won.
What access does Tofu actually need?
Your ad accounts (LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta) and your CRM. Google Ads access often needs sign-off from IT and Salesforce needs your admin to grant permissions, so start those requests early. We send the exact permission set your admin needs.
Do you connect to our marketing automation platform?
No. Tofu connects to your CRM and your ad accounts, nothing else. Marketing automation, your CMS and your sales engagement tool stay untouched: fewer systems to connect, fewer permissions to approve, and far less to unpick if you change platforms.

Running campaigns
Channels, approvals, brand and how results get back to your CRM.
Which channels are live today?
LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Display and Meta. On LinkedIn that covers single image, carousel, document, conversation and video ads, plus thought leader ads and lead gen forms. Video is the one format where you bring your own file.
Can the agent spend money without my approval?
No. Every campaign is staged in your own ad account with the campaign switched off, and a person on your team turns it on. The weekly moves the agent recommends, such as pausing an underperformer, scaling a winner or generating new creative, are proposals until someone approves them.
How do you keep the creative on brand?
Brand guidance comes from your team, not a scrape of your website. Upload your guidelines, fonts, logos, colors and gradients, and save approved templates per campaign type. Tofu also studies the ads you already run, so new creative matches how your brand looks in market.
Every element of a generated ad is a live layer: move, resize, swap or retype anything, or ask for more variations like the one you liked.
Are the stock images licensed?
Yes. Tofu holds the licenses for the stock photography it surfaces, so imagery in your ads is cleared for your distribution.
Can I run more than one brand?
Yes. Each brand gets its own workspace with its own playbook, messaging and creative guidance. That is how customers with several brands, and PE-backed portfolios, run companies side by side without their brand systems bleeding into each other.
How does attribution work?
Tofu writes dynamic UTM parameters into every ad and passes them back to your CRM, so ad, ad set, campaign and source are captured without anyone maintaining a naming convention by hand.
Account journeys show which ads each account engaged with, when it became an opportunity, and whether it closed won or lost. Attribution follows your CRM stages; if your team counts pipeline from, say, stage 2, we map to that.

Pricing and ownership
One flat price, and everything the agent builds stays yours.
How is Tofu priced?
A flat $2,500 a month. Not a percentage of ad spend, not usage-based, and not priced per campaign, seat or generation. The price is the same at $5,000 a month in spend or $50,000. See pricing
What is the minimum ad spend?
We recommend at least $3,000 a month in media budget. Below that there isn't enough signal for the weekly optimization loop to learn from, and that loop is where most of the value sits.
Who owns the ad accounts and the campaigns?
You do. Tofu builds inside ad accounts and a CRM you already own. If you stop working with us, every campaign, audience and creative asset stays exactly where it is, in your accounts.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
Cost is the obvious part: a flat $2,500 a month sits well under half of most retainers, and it doesn't scale with your spend.
The bigger difference is cadence. The most common complaint about agencies is that campaigns get built and then quietly stop being optimized. Tofu runs the optimization loop every week, on every campaign, and shows you what it wants to change and why before it changes anything.
